Samsung's Galaxy Fold could lead to two more folding phones soon

Samsung released its foldable smartphone Galaxy Fold at MWC earlier this week and now the company is looking forward to bringing the device in the Indian market news agency IANS reported quoting DJ Koh, President, and CEO of IT and Mobile Communications Division, Samsung Electronics.

Samsung, after all, holds more of the global smartphone market share than Apple, and the S10 might be the first of many Samsung phones that support cryptocurrency in the future.

Samsung is apparently planning to launch its new Galaxy Fold variants late this year or sometime early next year, the report claims.

The out-folding type, which is the same as Huawei's Mate X, is expected to be released after 2020. But the company is facing competition in the form of rival Huawei's Mate X, which many believe has a better design.

It's much more natural than doing it the other way around, so we went for that even though it presents the harder technical challenge. It is likely that foldable phones will get more traction as the prices become more affordable than it now is.
