They say that 6ix9ine conspired with associates to deal various different drugs, including heroin and fentanyl.
The 22-year-old performer and five other gang members were indicted on racketeering and firearm charges in Manhattan federal court on Monday.
According to the eight-count indictment, viewed by Pitchfork, Hernandez and the other defendants "participated in the operation and management of" the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

The plan didn't work and an innocent bystander was shot at Fulton St. and Utica Ave., authorities said.
The investigation that led to 6ix9ine's arrest was conducted by the U.S. Attorney's office with the NYPD, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and Homeland Security Investigations.
The lawyer in the above clips also revealed that Tekashi offered up his entire $1.7 million bank account as bail, which the judge denied.
This request was denied, although an appeal will be filed on Tuesday during a bail hearing.
