Analysts also expect Apple to release an iPhone with a edge-to-edge display similar to the iPhone X but using less-costly LCD screen technology. Both the models are likely to be called iPhone XS with one featuring an OLED display. However, it may lack some premium giveaways as it will be cheaper than other models. The phone will have Face ID to replace the Touch ID, and it will wear an LCD screen panel instead of expensive OLED to cut down the cost.
I'd like to think that "Plus" sounds better than "Max", just by default, but apparently we're going to live in a world where the "iPhone excess" isn't bad enough, but now we can have maximum excess, too.
