Republican gubernatorial candidate teaches child to ‘build a wall’ in strange campaign video

Florida's leading candidate for the GOP's gubernatorial nomination wants voters to know he's a big fan of Donald Trump.

Twitter users were quick to point out that the president's statement about purchasing groceries was not correct.

He also appealed for voters to elect more Republicans to Congress, saying Democrats are opposing his to-do list and slowing consideration of his Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.

One Trump supporter who couldn't vote for him in 2016 is Jackson Pjelland.

Trump also railed against Democratic Sen.

"We're going to have tremendous border security that will include the wall", he said.

Tuesday's event also featured ugly scenes of Trump supporters chanting abuse at journalists in town to cover the President - which appears to be a direct result of his rhetoric that the media is "the enemy of the people".

He spent much of the rally highlight strong economic numbers and praising DeSantis as "a tough, brilliant cookie".

Ahead of the president's rally, the Democratic Governors Association released a statement that said, "DeSantis is the latest Trump wannabe catering to the fringe-far right while everyday Floridians wait to hear a real plan for Florida".

Trump declared, before tottering across the stage in a parody of a presidential walk, mocking the Oval Office conventions he has shredded since his inauguration, and admitting he likes to be a "little wild, have a little fun" at rallies.

A Chipotle restaurant in OH reopened Tuesday as officials investigate reports of illnesses linked to the location. The health district said it is still investigating while it awaits the test results.

"He works really hard, he's really smart and he gets it and he loves this state and he loves this country", said Trump, who touted Scott's record on the economy and education during the event at Tampa Technical College.

DeSantis is running against Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam, a once-rising star in the Florida party who has struggled since Trump publicly endorsed his opponent June 22.

"In this country, the only time you don't need [ID] in many cases is when you want to vote for president, when you want to vote for senator, when you want to vote for a governor or congressman", he said, adding, "It's insane".

DeSantis, whose campaign has featured frequent guest appearances on Fox News, has clung closely to Trump in the campaign.

Well, that's just "huge", but mispronounced by Mr President on several occasions.

When Trump had mentioned "braggadocious" in his speeches, whole world was sent into a state of tizzy over the uniqueness of the word, which actually exists.

We believe that only American citizens should vote in American elections, which is why the time has come for voter ID like everything else.

THE FACTS: No photo is required to purchase items at retail stores with cash or to make routine purchases with credit or debit cards.

"It's insane", he added, "but we're turning it around".
