Dark Souls: Remastered for Switch slips to “later this summer”

On Tuesday, Bandai Namco announced via Twitter that it has pushed back the release date of "Dark Souls: Remastered" for the Nintendo Switch.

The PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions of Dark Souls Remastered are still on track to launch on May 25.

"We will test the server performance of the Switch version apart from the others, and at a time closer to the Switch release".

This is a slight step back from the title being showcased at PAX East, however the publisher has tried to assure fans that "this time will ultimately be used to improve your journey to Lordran".

White Sox Saturday game postponed
The last three games of the series between the White Sox and Twins have been called off because of a spring snowstorm. The Winter Weather Advisory runs until Sunday, with the bulk of the snowfall coming Saturday evening.

Aside from being announced a little more than a month outside of the planned release, the delay is especially surprising because the Switch version seemed to be coming along quite nicely. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section!
