Hogan is one of the biggest stars in the history of professional wrestling, and a WWE return in the Big Easy would've made major waves.
It's been rumored for years now that WWE officials are interested in bringing Hulk Hogan back when the time is right, but the Hulkster has yet to make his return to the company. WWE didn't hesitate to release ANOTHER statement today regarding their relationship...or lack thereof with Hogan... He hasn't worked for the WWE since he was sacked by the company in July 2015 after a controversial sex tape was released showing him making racial slurs.
Prior to his involvement in the Rumble match, Mysterio's last appearance for WWE just so happened to be at WrestleMania 30 inside the same Superdome venue in which WrestleMania 34 will go down in a little over a week. This would be Hogan's first appearance at a WWE event since the two sides parted ways in 2015. WWE will not only have their usual airing of RAW and SmackDown Live on the USA Network, but there will be extra content for the days leading up to the event.
BJP MPs to observe fast protesting Parliament stalemate
It is not only the Congress which has cornered the Modi government in both Houses of Parliament. The Budget Session of Parliament started on January 29 and concluded on Thursday.
As previously reported, Hogan has been in talks about a return to WWE.
WWE told PWInsider (h/t Marc Middleton of WrestlingInc.com): "We have had discussions with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) about how he can help others learn from his mistakes, however, he is not under any contract with WWE".
WrestleMania 34 is a mere eight days away as the "Biggest Spectacle In Sports-Entertainment" nears closer.
