John Krasinski Got Trolled at Customs Over His Marriage to Emily Blunt

Apparently, not everybody knows this - certainly not the London Customs agent Krasinski dealt with while visiting his movie star wife during production on Mary Poppins Returns. John visited Emily, whom he married in 2010, nearly every weekend through filming.

"It was going great, the customs, the whole experience".

As for whether he could be pushing paper in a reported Office revival anytime soon, the actor says he hasn't gotten a call about it yet.

And that's the moment John knew he'd never have a mate in this particular man. "I was a big fan of the British Office", she admitted, before she eventually binged her way through the American version.

The actor-cum-director made his first mistake when telling the agent he "redid the United Kingdom version of The Office".

'He was like, "Oh". Strike one! He was like, 'Oh, you took what we did ideal.'And then it went from bad to worse.

The couple, who started dating in 2008, used to be more adamant about not working at the same time, "but damn, is it hard", Krasinski says.

"'You? You married Emily Blunt?'" the actor said, recalling the agent's surprise. But at one point he ran into a bit of a snag in the customs line.

"She's always the boss, and I knew it".
